This notice covers the FireFlow website, its contact form and its demo request form.
Who we are
FireFlow is a product of RevXpress Ltd, which is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website (the "data controller"). You can contact us by email at info@revxpress.co.uk or by phone on 020 3819 6799.
What we collect
When you send us a message or request a demo, we collect the details you enter: your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number, role, company size, the kind of work you do, what you're interested in, the system you use today and your message.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your message, and to arrange and run your demo.
- To follow up afterwards about FireFlow, including a tailored offer if you ask for one.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How your message reaches us
When you submit a form, our web server passes your details to our team through Telegram, a messaging service we use to receive enquiries quickly. Telegram may process this information on servers outside the UK. Our website is hosted by Hostinger.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we're in conversation with you, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a customer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to us using it. Email info@revxpress.co.uk to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
